PITCH LIKE A SILICON VALLEY START-UP
Average Undivided Attention span of a human being is not more than 20 mins. An investors attention span is even lesser So, how do you ensure that you craft your pitch to win an investors fancy?
You typically get 5-7 minutes to present to the angel investors or venture capital firms to convey all the crucial information about your business, problems and solutions, its market, your strategy, barriers to entry, your team, capitalization, exit strategy and more. You just have one chance, and rarely does anyone receive a second chance. Your ideas might be big, however your ability to present all that information in a coherent 'story' that grabs the attention of the investors, along with informing them about the critical information they need to know to make their decision is the most crucial element in the startup journey.
